Over the 14 years I’ve been in business and 30 years in this industry, I have worked with tens of thousands of enthusiasts. So many unique projects! I’m grateful to the industry for recognizing my success in solving problems and for letting me keep growing my knowledge base by providing solutions. I am most grateful to the thousands of happy customers who regularly point people my way. No marketing could do what you all have done for me.
That said, you would think that there is nothing to complain about; wrong! With so many people saying “ask TracTuff” or “talk to Rob,” it’s hard to keep up. Not everyone intends to do business with me… many just want free advice. You know, just a “quick” question. As innocent as that sounds, keeping up with everyone’s quick questions is impossible. And it doesn’t pay the bills!
I understand that business is a byproduct of good customer service… but unfortunately, not everyone wants to become a customer. They just want to hang that shit over your head.
I use this service to focus on the consumers who get it. This purchase is NOT a waste of money if it answers questions, sparks ideas, or keeps you from making an unnecessary purchase. Your purchase includes a set amount of time for a phone consultation. I want to stress that buying a chunk of time does NOT mean I drop whatever I am doing to have that conversation with you RIGHT NOW. I’ll choose the date(s) and time(s) based on my calendar/workflow and email them to you after your purchase.
If the consultation leads to the sale of a product or solution we discussed within 30 days, I may apply a portion of that amount as a discount on your purchase.
