Warranty Policy

Refunds & Return Policy

Upon approval, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees, shipping fees, original inbound processing fees, and internal processing fees.

Customers that have placed an order or made a payment on product(s) and/ or service(s) and for any reason changed his/ her mind about the purchase, regardless of availability or stock status, he/ she will be responsible for the incoming transaction fee (the fee TracTuff absorbs upon receiving payment) as well as an internal processing fee, not to exceed 20% upon refund.

TracTuff reserves the right to enforce and collect an internal transaction fee for time/ effort spent on administrative work associated with the placed order; such as entering customer data, processing the order, reconciling payment, ordering components and/ or materials, packing the order, packing/ shipping supplies, time spent communicating the return/ refund request, creating a credit memo or refund, reversing the payment, receiving, unpacking, repackaging (when necessary) and restocking the returned item(s).

Your purchase of TracTuff product(s) will act as an acknowledgement of the Refund Policy stated herein.

 

Miscellaneous

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation, both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of TracTuff shall apply, and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TracTuff with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and TracTuff with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by TracTuff. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
