Honda K Series Thermostat Housing

Do you hate the plastic OEM housings found on all k series engines? Perhaps you’ve had a cracked housing… or worse, a stripped M6 insert that prevented you from removing your thermostat cover.

Here is a cast aluminum factory replacement that fits ALL first-gen k series engines. However, it may change the thermostat cover bolt pattern, depending on what you started with. So, if you are currently using the plastic housing from a K20A, K20A2, K20Z1 (or any other engine code that shares the same Honda part number), your cover will no longer work… and you will need to either find an OEM or OEM replacement that has the inlet angle you want or order one of my billet covers and select the “All Others Mod”.
