Over the 14 years I’ve been in business (30 years in the industry) I have worked with thousands of project owners… maybe even tens of thousands. Many unique projects. The industry has taken notice of the success I have had in solving issues and/ or providing solutions, along with many happy customers that regularly point people to me, create the situation where I can easily be overwhelmed by “innocent” or “quick” questions.
Its important you know that you are not the only person asking and many reach out with a sense of entitlement. I’ve received every inquiry you can imagine and from every type of consumer you can imagine! It’s understood that business is a byproduct of good customer service… but unfortunately, not everyone wants to do business… they want FREE! And I cant tell from just a knock the door anymore. I have bills to pay and a limited number of hours in a day to do it.
I use this to focus on the consumers that get it. This purchase is NOT a waste of money if it answers questions, give you ideas, or leads you away from a purchase that would have otherwise been unnecessary. The purchase of whatever chunk of time you select entitles you to just that amount of time via a phone consultation. The date(s) and time(s) will be chosen based on my availability, and emailed to you following your purchase. I stress… purchasing a chunk of time does NOT mean I drop whatever I am doing to have that conversation with you RIGHT NOW.
If the consultation leads to the sale of a product that was discussed in the consultation within 30 days… I am known to apply some portion of that amount to your purchase as a discount. Thank you for understanding how I value MY time. Remember… its the one thing you can NEVER get back!
