TracTuff i-Booster Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir

Description

In late 2024, I was approached by Ryan at Rywire to fabricate two brake fluid reservoirs for his EG and EK EV SEMA projects.

I drew the base, machined fixtures, and machined a unique billet tank base that mounts to the 2017-2018 Honda CRV electric brake booster’s master cylinder. I then combined it with 3.50″ of 3.00″ 6061 tube, my billet lid, and filler cap assembly to create a much nicer solution than what would have been, had he used the original plastic components. Ryan explained that there may be other i-boosters out there that this design will fit, but was unwilling to sign off without confirming firsthand, so… I only know that it works with that specific application.

These were made in VERY low volume because I had no clue what kind of demand there would be. As a result, the base was kinda expensive! Depending on the sell-through… this may be a one-hitter quitter!
