Description

The K24Z RWD filler neck is an inexpensive upgrade to the standard water neck. The flange allows the outlet to come out on either side of the engine, with the filler tube welded to the available port, providing a convenient way to burp the cooling system at the highest point.

The ECT sensor port has been moved slightly from the OEM location. The hardware kit includes four M8 socket head bolts and two Genuine Honda o-rings.

NOTE: You will need at least 1.99″ of space between the firewall and the water neck mounting surface to run this! The cap bung features a 1/16″ NPT port for connection to an overflow and is compatible with early model Honda radiator caps, such as those used on 88′-91′ Civic/CRX or 90′-93′ Integra models.

Also, if you choose to have a heater port added, it will be placed on the filler-neck side, in the bend, and at approximately 45°. I recommend a -10 to push-lock style fitting (shown below) to make the necessary change in direction.
