TracTuff P72 Filler Neck

Description

Whether you have added a radiator that lacks a fill point or you simply need a higher fill point to aid in burping the sometimes troublesome cooling system, the filler neck for the P72 (B18C1) cylinder head is an entry-level product that gets the job done.

The filler neck starts with a beautifully machined 6061-T6 flange that incorporates a 3D tapered exit port for a seamless transition to 1.25″ tubing and an o-ring groove on the backside for a positive seal against the cylinder head without the hassle of Hondabond. Extra effort was made to notch and weld a bent filler tube so that it clears the upper mounting hole. Choose between standard hose (1.25″ OD) or -16 male flare.

NOTE: The cap bung has a 1/16″ NPT port for connection to an overflow and uses early model Honda radiator caps, such as an 88′-91′ Civic/ CRX or 90′-93′ Integra. If you are using AN lines, I recommend designing the upper radiator hose to allow for droop/ give, so the engine’s movement does not push/ pull on the radiator and fatigue any parts.

The filler neck includes two M6 socket head bolts and an o-ring. The filler is welded so that it sits level when bolted to an engine leaned forward 5.5° (exhaust side).
