TracTuff RBB/ RBC Water Neck – V2

Description

Essentially, an OEM replacement upper water neck for the K24A, K24A2, K24A4, K24A8, and K20Z3 when going into a chassis that originally came with a K20A, K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, and K24A1. Originally made for a customer who wanted to reuse the PRB/ PRC style upper radiator hose in his RSX.

The billet K series water neck flange eliminates the bulky OEM piece with its huge heater core fitting and EGR provision. The flange is beautifully machined from 6061-T6 and incorporates a -16 ORB outlet port and a 1/2″ NPT heater port. The welded outlet can be configured for a standard hose (1.25″ OD) or -16 male flare.

The hardware kit includes four M8 socket head bolts, a 90° heater hose fitting, a 1/2″ NPT plug, and a pair of o-rings.

NOTE: The sensor port selection is optional; if you don’t have/ need a sensor, don’t select it. I only offer two threads… 1/8″ NPT or 1/8″ BSPT (Honda Single Prong Sensor).
