TracTuff Remote Oil Filter Block Adapter

The TracTuff Remote Oil Filter Block Adapter is a universal product designed to relocate the oil filter to a more convenient location.

The block adapter is machined with -10 ORB inlet/outlet ports that are marketed “I” & “O” for in and out, and a filtered 3/8″ NPT accessory port to add a sensor or supply clean oil to an accessory of your choice. I want to reiterate that the 3/8″ NPT port provides CLEAN OIL to an accessory of your choice… something that is not very common with other products.

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body measures in at 1.42″ tall (1.89″ including the bolt head), uses a 2.50″ (63.5mm) o-ring/ gasket OD, and can be mounted to anything that has a M22 x 1.50 female thread and a 2.50″ mounting pad; pretty much all popular Honda engines once the stud is removed. The block adapter can be rotated to point in any direction and, once tightened (torque to 36 lb-ft.), can be safety wired using the machined features on the bolt and body.

NOTE: If you don’t already have an oil filter mount… I have an equally well-thought-out solution. Please take a moment to check it out. If you are choosing NOT to buy the port fittings… please be sure to purchase fittings that have a max hex size of 1.15″ or they won’t work or will need to be turned down. I also highly suggest the use of a one-way check valve on the plumbing of the “Out” line as close to the source as possible.

On factory oil cooler-equipped motors, simply remove the large bolt that holds the OEM oil cooler in place, disconnect, and plug the two coolant lines. If this is for a K… I offer a simple solution to eliminate the coolant lines. Non-oil-cooler-equipped motors just need the stud removed and the block.
