Description

Custom K Series Thermostat Covers have sometimes been a challenge to create, not because they are difficult to make, but rather because it can be very difficult for the end-user to articulate what they want/ need. I think I have done a fantastic job over the years, but the time has come to provide a DIY option that removes me and the Q&A from the equation and puts all the power in the customers’ hands!

The Billet Thermostat Cover natively bolts to the OEM the K20A, K20A2, K20A3, and K20Z1 plastic housing(s) using the original shoulder bolts, OEM thermostat, and OEM gasket. The billet cover will also fit all other k series thermostat housings found on “all other” engine codes not previously mentioned, by modifying one of the lower mounting tabs (see picture below).

NOTE: The billet thermostat cover does not include a thermostat. To run this product, you MUST use a 2002-2006 Acura RSX or 2002-2005 Civic Si (P/N: 19301-PNA-003) thermostat. I ONLY recommend Genuine Honda.
