Interested in making your own unique sheet aluminum K series oil pan? I have the perfect start to that project; 3/8″ thick rails CNC-machined from US-milled 6061-T6 aluminum!

Not cheap and only expected to get more expensive as material prices continue to climb. Rails start life as a custom 12″ x 96″ 6061 heat-treated (T6511) extrusions that are certified to hold a tolerance of -0.008″ to 0.008″. Made for in-house projects with limited inventory available for retail sales. Price WILL be more expensive if there is a next round.
