The DIY Overflow includes a length 6061 aluminum tube, a billet vented filler cap set, a billet tank lid and base, and your choice of connection.

NOTE: Billet parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning tank with a proprietary solution just before packaging. No prep of the billet parts is necessary for welding. It is important that you add a few drops of oil to your finished product threads prior to assembly to prevent galling. DO NOT WELD PARTS THREADED TOGETHER. I personally handle every part, confirm thread mesh/ engagement multiple times while in my inventory, as well as just before shipping. If you are going to check the thread mesh/ engagement before welding, be sure to lubricate the threads. I do not and will not cover damaged threads on DIY products.

UPDATE: 10/30/23 – Cap bungs will now come welded to the billet tank lids.
