Description
The DIY Remote Mount Swirl Pot is the go-to product for those congested engine bays that won’t allow for fabrication directly to a cylinder head flange. Simply find the most convenient location, point the inlet and outlet in the direction they need to face, and route the hoses accordingly!

- Standard Hose 1.00″ – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.00″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs.
- Standard Hose 1.25″ – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.25″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs.
- Standard Hose 1.375″ – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.375″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs.
- Standard Hose 1.50″ – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.50″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs.
- -16 Male Flare – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.25″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs, and two -16 male flare bungs.
- -20 Male Flare – An X” tall body, a billet tank base, a billet tank lid, a billet import radiator cap bung, and two 1.25″ notched bends w/ 6.00″ straight legs, and two -20 male flare bungs.
All billet parts are CNC-machined from US-milled 6061 aluminum. The cap bung has a 1/16″ NPT port for connection to an overflow and uses an early model Honda (88′-91′ Civic/ CRX and 90′-93′ Integra) cap.
NOTE: Billet parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning tank with a proprietary solution just before packaging. No prep of the billet parts is necessary for welding. It is important that you add a few drops of oil to your finished product threads before assembly to prevent galling. DO NOT WELD PARTS WHILE THREADED TOGETHER. I personally handle each part, confirm thread mesh/ engagement multiple times while in my inventory, as well as just before shipping. If you are going to check the thread mesh/ engagement before welding, be sure to lubricate the threads. I do not and will not cover damaged threads on DIY products.
