TracTuff F Manual Tensioner Kit

Description

The F20C/ F22C manual tensioner kit is an add-on item for my “Street” water pump delete kit. The manual tensioner kit eliminates the OEM auto tensioner in favor of a lightweight manual tensioner that not only simplifies belt routing, but also saves space and frees up 2.5 lbs.!

Kit includes CNC-machined US-milled 6061-T6 tensioner bracket and turnbuckle, US-made QA-1 3/8″-24 rod-ends, a special reducer bushing, and mounting hardware. I no longer supply belts due to complaints related to different crank damper/ pulleys being used, but if you are using an OEM crank damper… you use Gates K060325 or have it crossed to another brand’s offering.
