Description

This version of PRB/ PRC swirl pot is listed as “RACE” due to the flange used being my race flange. The race flange does not have a water bypass hose connection for the K20A, K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, and K24A1 cylinder heads.

The swirl pot starts with a beautifully machined 6061-T6 flange with a machined o-ring groove for the OEM gasket. The flange in the product shown does not incorporate a water bypass connection, but I can add a -10 male flare or 11/16″ hose barb to accommodate.

The hardware kit includes two M6 socket head bolts and a Genuine Honda gasket. The swirl pot is welded so that it sits level when bolted to an engine leaned back 15° (OEM option).

NOTE: The cap bung has a 1/16″ NPT port for connection to an overflow and uses early model Honda radiator caps, such as an 88′-91′ Civic/ CRX or 90′-93′ Integra. If you are using AN lines, I recommend designing the upper radiator hose with some droop/give so the engine’s movement does not push/pull on the radiator and fatigue any parts.
