The RWD version of the PRB/PRC water neck flange opened up lots of opportunities for more complete upper radiator hose connections… here is one of the most common!

With the help of Pit Garage, I am happy to offer this upper water neck with tubing modeled for use with the S2000 radiator hose. Available with slight adjustments to fit the Skunk2 Ultra Street and Ultra Race intake manifolds, with the plenum flipped and keeping the end of the tube in VERY similar proximity to the OEM S2000 water necks outlet position.

The filler neck begins with a beautifully machined flange that has been CNC-machined from US-milled 6061-T6 aluminum. The flange has been machined with a -8 ORB water bypass port and an OEM o-ring groove. You can choose to add a sensor port directly to the top of the flange (near the logo) or the side of the flange (under the outlet). The outlet can be clocked to your needs and configured for either standard hose (1.25″ OD) or -16 male flare.

The hardware kit includes two M6 stainless steel socket head bolts, a water bypass hose fitting, and a Genuine Honda gasket. The filler tube is welded so that it sits level when bolted to an engine leaned back 15° (OEM option) or leaned forward 8° (Gangster Lean engine mount option).

NOTE: The outlet tube is welded so that it sits very similarly to how the OEM S2000 water neck outlet does when bolted to an engine leaned back 15° (OEM position).

If this is the highest point in the cooling system, it may be helpful to add my speed bleeder (shown below), which should greatly decrease the time and effort it takes to bleed the cooling system. Understand that this is an entry-level solution, and customers who have purchased this have usually shared that they wish they had purchased a filler neck or swirl pot instead, as air has a tendency to accumulate here.
