TracTuff H Series Water Pipe Delete

ATTENTION: If you are interested in using this product I recommend you have access to a lathe and the ability to use it or at least the willingness to pay someone to remove material in the event it does not sit in the block as it was designed to. To date (8/25/26) there has only been one incident where the bushing poked out of the block and required machining to correct it. Here is a link to more info.

The TracTuff Water Pipe Delete came about from experimenting with some components I had made for other product and ultimately falling down the rabbit hole.

I had received a request to make a water pipe delete for the B Series but could not see my way through that project. With the idea in my head, I decided to to see if I could apply the strategy to the H Series being it had a large bore in the block. The large bore paid off!

The custom o-ringed nut installs from the water pump side and seals against the bore in the block. The XXL -16 male flare fitting threads into the special o-ringed nut from the water pipe side, where the flange pushes against the block and pulls the nut into it and seats the fittings o-ring into the nut.

NOTE: I recommend using silicone o-ring grease to aid in assembly and blue thread locker on the threads. The kit includes a custom 35mm hex tool with a 3/8″ drive. Not shown.
