TracTuff G Series Water Pipe

Description

The G Series Water Pipe is a hybrid water pipe made for the F22/ F23 block with H22/ H23 VTEC cylinder head.

The pipe will work with either the TracTuff H Series Thermostat Housing Delete or the OEM thermostat housing, and you have the option to add a heater core return if you are retaining the thermostat.

Unfortunately, you will be required to move or eliminate the OEM oil pressure sensor. You can either plug and eliminate the oil pressure sensor or move it by either picking up my remote oil pressure sensor kit, or acquire the late H22 20mm oil pressure sensor bolt and relocate it.

The G Series Water Pipe is a combination of mostly H series water pipe parts and a B series block side pipe-end due to the F blocks having a smaller hole. The pipe can be used with the factory thermostat housing or my H Series Thermostat Housing Delete.

NOTE: Mounting tab shown in image is no longer available. If your block or cylinder head have been machined by any significant amount, there is a chance this product will not work for you, so a DIY version should be purchased and made on your combo. The heater return is 11/16″ slip hose bung and the oil cooler return is 1/2″ slip hose bung.

Also, the water pipe and any of its original connections have always been the point of return. If you convert to an electric water pump and place that pump before the OEM thermostat housing or my thermostat housing delete… the connections are no longer returns, they become FEED’s.
