The average wait for fabricated products is 4-5 weeks… a simple bare pipe without any nipples can usually be squeezed into my workload within 5-7 business days. Adding holes, machining bungs, making sure they’re in the correct spot and correct angle, and then plugging everything to pressure test is way more time consuming, requiring a larger window between jobs (which I generally don’t have). I wont quote how long but it wont be 4-5 weeks.

Description

The H Series water pipe is now CNC bent from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum tubing.

The decision to have the tube produced in a single fluid piece has greatly reduced the time and effort it took to create it from multiple custom bends. The results are AWESOME!! Stronger, cleaner, and less expensive.

The H Series Water Pipe is a replacement for the OEM unit and can be used with the factory thermostat housing or my H Series Thermostat Housing Delete.

NOTE: Mounting tab shown in image is no longer available. If your block or cylinder head have been machined by any significant amount, there is a chance this product will not work for you, so a DIY version should be purchased and made on your combo. The heater return is 11/16″ slip hose bung and the oil cooler return is 1/2″ slip hose bung.

Also, the water pipe and any of its original connections have always been the point of return. If you convert to an electric water pump and place that pump before the OEM thermostat housing or my thermostat housing delete… the connections are no longer returns, they become FEED’s.
