TracTuff B Series Water Pipe

UPDATE: I took delivery of the CNC bent tube that were supposed to get this back on the shelf… but my supplier goofed. Big!! They made H tubes, which I don’t need. And, they are out of 1.25″ material so that cant even right their wrong. I’m being told 3 more weeks at a minimum, so that’s roughly first week of June.

The B Series water pipe is now CNC bent from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum tubing.

The decision to have the tube produced in a single fluid piece has greatly reduced the time and effort it took to create it from multiple custom bends. The results are AWESOME!! Stronger, cleaner, and less expensive.

The B Series Water Pipe is a replacement for the OEM unit and can be used with the factory thermostat housing or my B Series Thermostat Housing Delete.

NOTE: IACV return is 5/16″ and oil cooler return is 1/2″ slip hose bungs.

Also, the water pipe and any of its original connections have always been the point of return. If you convert to an electric water pump and place that pump before the OEM thermostat housing or my thermostat housing delete… the connections are no longer returns, they become FEED’s.
