TracTuff DIY Header Tank

Description

The DIY Header Tank includes a length 6061 aluminum tube, a billet radiator cap bung, a billet tank lid and base, and your choice of connections.

NOTE: Billet parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning tank with a proprietary solution just before packaging. No prep of the billet parts is necessary for welding. It is important that you add a few drops of oil to your finished product threads prior to assembly to prevent galling. DO NOT WELD PARTS THREADED TOGETHER. I personally handle every part, confirm thread mesh/engagement multiple times while in my inventory, and just before shipping. If you are going to check the thread mesh/ engagement before welding, be sure to lubricate the threads. I do not and will not cover damaged threads on DIY products.
