TracTuff Notched Dual ORB Bung

Description

The TracTuff Dual ORB Bung is the coolest dual inlet/ outlet bung you never knew you needed. The concept came about shortly after my idea to produce a single ORB version that essentially took the place of my traditional swirl connections.

The dual ORB design makes the application of this product pretty specific; I’m thinking remote mount swirl pots for V engines (V6, V8, V10, or V12) or flat 4 or 6 engines that typically have two water outlets (one on each cylinder head) that you want to merge at the swirl pot and exit as a single line.

What I love about this product is the space it saves! I’ve made several dual inlet swirl pots over the years, and every time I make one where both inlets point the same direction, it’s a real bitch to keep both inlets close together and weld in between the two. So I’ve stopped trying just to avoid not being able to complete the welds.

NOTE: You can purchase this product as an upgrade on any dual-entry swirl pot that doesn’t already list the option, as well as a stand-alone part if you’d like to weld it yourself. I highly recommend lubricating the threads of both parts prior to screwing in a fitting.
