TracTuff K Series NSX Spec Billet Thermostat Cover

UPDATE 5/27/23 – The NSX Thermostat Cover has been configured with a straight outlet ever since the very first K Swapped NSX came through here. I have never had a customer complain about any difficulty in finding a lower hose (prior), but moving forward, the NSX Thermostat Cover will now be offered with your choice of a straight or 90° 1.50″ inlet.

The Billet Thermostat Cover natively bolts to the K20A, K20A2, K20Z1 plastic OEM housing using original shoulder bolts and uses the OEM thermostat and gasket. I modify the cover to fit all other engine codes when selected, but you must still use the 2002-2006 Acura RSX or 2002-2005 Civic Si (P/N: 19301-PNA-003) thermostat.

I chose to design the cover to hold the original thermostat rather than a generic alternative because I felt it was the main contributor to cooling system problems, where the original cover was ditched. You won’t find any sensor ports on the cover because they don’t belong here, and you won’t find a swivel feature because it doesn’t work for everyone anyway.
