Warranty Policy:

It is the goal of TracTuff to give our customers the highest quality products possible. TracTuff warrants each new product, except for custom fabricated or altered products to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, nor damaged because of negligence by customer or installer. 

Customers who believe they have a defective product should contact us prior to attempting a return. Once contact has been made and our staff agrees that a return is in order, an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a complete description of the problem. The product must be returned freight prepaid. A thorough inspection of the product, by the factory, indicating a defect in workmanship or material will result in the sole obligation to repair or replace the product and only the product.

Return Policy:

In the event that you receive the wrong item, please email sales@tractuff.com to obtain a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Replacements will only be sent once the incorrect item has been received and confirmed by TracTuff.

Installed or modified parts automatically waive your right to a return, refund or exchange. Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and in like-new and resalable condition. TracTuff does not accept returns on any items that are “Made to Order” or have custom features or modifications. TracTuff reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any goods returned or retain a potion of the deposit on any unshipped/ cancelled orders. Fees may range from no less than 20% and no more than 40% of order total.

Refund Policy:

Upon approval by TracTuff, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees, shipping fees, original PayPal fees, and internal processing fees. In the event of an error, the customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange. This includes the original freight/shipping cost to the customer. Any refused shipment sent back to TracTuff does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with TracTuff for refused shipments. 

Customers that have placed order(s) or made a payment(s) via PayPal on product(s) and/ or service(s) and have for any reason changed his/ her mind about the purchase, regardless of availability or stock status, he/ she will be responsible for the incoming transaction fee (the fee TracTuff absorbs upon receiving your payment) as well as an internal processing fee (not to exceed the PayPal fee) upon refund. 

TracTuff willingly absorbs this fee as part of doing business, but when a refund is requested, PayPal does not reimburse the transaction fee to either the buyer or seller and therefor will not be refunded by the seller (TracTuff). 

  • EXAMPLE: A $500.00 purchase has a $14.80 fee that TracTuff absorbs. If a refund is negotiated and no other (shipping/ restocking) fee(s) are collected, the refund amount will be $500 - $14.80 = $485.20. 
TracTuff reserves the right to enforce and collect an internal transaction fee for time/ effort spent processing an order, the ordering of part(s) or material(s), and the reversal of all transactions associated with the order when a refund is approved. The fee is in addition too but never to exceed the PayPal fee. 

  • EXAMPLE: Using the $500.00 purchase example from above; the maximum internal transaction fee would be $14.80. $485.20 - $14.80 = $470.40.

If the product has shipped and needs to come back, please refer to the restocking fee.

Shipping Policy:

TracTuff will ship your order via USPS (United States Postal Service) by default. If you have a specific carrier requirement/ preference, you can contact us after you have made your purchase and request a quote. We will respond with pricing if there is any balance due as well as with instructions on how to pay for said balance due. 

Insurance does NOT protect you or your package against stolen packages, so please have the package shipped to a safe address or make sure you are present to receive the package.  

Insurance protects the package against loss or damage while in transit. If the package is damaged while in the carriers hands, you must communicate this to the carrier at the time of delivery. Document the damage prior to opening the package and keep all original packaging. Forward any/ all supporting material so that we can file a claim. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void an insurance claim.

Note from the insurance company:

"All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim."

Shipping cutoff is 1:00 PM PST (as of 8/1/2020) for First Class and Priority packages and 11:00 AM PST for Express packages. Most packages leave the same day (M-F) but that is largely dependent on work-load. I do not ship Express packages on Monday. The shear number of orders that come in over the weekend dictate that I cannot make a mid-day trip to the post office to make USPS's cutoff.

Choosing "Priority" shipping does NOT mean your order is guaranteed to ship the same day or even the next day. Priority is the United States Postal Services name for the service; as stated above, packages leaving is largely dependent on work-load and stock status. 

If something is URGENT, I highly recommend contacting TracTuff to confirm the product(s) is/ are in stock prior to to submitting an order and choosing NEXT DAY AIR or EXPRESS. NEXT DAY AIR or EXPRESS orders placed after 11:00 AM PST may leave TracTuff the same day but will not make the USPS cutoff time and will ship the next day.

Will Call Policy:

Will Call is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Will Call interactions will be short and to the point. Correct change will be required... I repeat change will not be made. ANYTHING with a weld will NOT be available unless you are picking up something that has been CONFIRMED to be finished. Don't assume and just show up.
