TracTuff Space Saver Overflow – Universal

The number of scenarios where my 3.00″ or 4.00″ diameter overflows wouldn’t work drove me to bring out a 2.00″ solution.

Pretty common in the hot rod world… not so common in the sport compact car scene unless you buy one of those really tall pre-made products. My new 2.00″ overflow uses a custom -16 ORB lid up top and my exhaust back pressure damper caps with an integrated 1/8″ NPT port for the inlet/ outlet. Luckily, I had the foresight to machine my billet filler caps with a -16 ORB thread… so it all looks like it was meant to be! The matching look is a nice finishing touch to my filler necks, fill pots, and swirl pots.

I can weld a custom bracket, or you can jump on the internet and find a mounting solution that matches your installation needs.

1D, 2D, or 3D fabricated and welded mounting bracket options should satisfy your needs for a vertical mounting (like a firewall) solution to match my filler necks, fill pots, and swirl pots. Just choose the dimensions and the type of connection, and I’ll make it happen.

NOTE: The tank height you have chosen is just the length/ height of the body. Please add 1.355″ for the billet base, billet lid, and filler cap to get an overall height. It is your responsibility to research the internal volume of your choice.

Regarding mounting brackets, you have three options: 1D (flat), 2D (flat with a bend), and Custom… I will need a sketch with dimensions before I can provide a quote for the custom mounting bracket option.
