Billet tanks add amazing looks... as well as

Strength by being able to control the wall thickness.
Reduce failure points by eliminating welds around each bend, seam, and connection.
Open up seamless features that take up less space, which in turn reduces width and potentially increases core surface area.

Features/ Options

Fill Point refers to the option of having a traditional fill point.

If you would like a traditional fill point/ radiator cap bung, I can machine a 1.00" raised lip counter-bore so a fabricated 90° filler neck can be welded to the tank. The option can be added to either tank but when it is added to the tank with the inlet port, the inlet port will be moved down to accommodate.

Configuration refers how the inlet/ outlet are set up.

Single Pass and Trippel Pass Configurations will place the inlet and outlet on opposite tanks. Double Pass will place the the inlet and outlet on same tank (shown).

Inlet Side refers to which side the inlet will be on.

Outlet will automatically be placed based on your previous selection. Driver Side assumes Left Hand Drive.

Inlet/ Outlet Type refers to the size of the port.

-16 ORB options produce a 2.00" wide tank. -20 ORB options produce a 2.25" tank. The -4 ORB Vent option is offered for those that do not plan to have a fill point and would either like to be able to manually bleed the radiator or route a line to a header tank.
The Meziere EWP (electric water pump) mount option requires the tank that the pump is to be mounted to be 2.25".
The drain will be paired with the outlet when -16 and -20 ORB options are chosen. A -4 ORB drain will be added to the opposite tank when the Meziere EWP mount option is chosen.
The price increase reflects the additional material and machining costs associated with the bigger tank.

Flush Mounting Points refers to a threaded boss flush to the tank.

You can choose to place a pair of bosses in any available space on each tank (four total). The material is added to the inside of the tank and blind holes are machined and tapped to the dimensions listed.

Extended Mounting Points refers to a threaded boss protruding from the tank.

You can choose to place a pair of bosses in any available space on each tank (four total). The material is added to the surface of the tank and blind holes are machined and tapped to the dimensions listed.

Accessory Port refers to optional accessory ports.

Accessory ports can be added to any available space on any of the three surfaces; face, side, and back.

Pocketing refers to optional aesthetic machining.

The pockets will be triangular (as shown) and sized equally on the surface chosen. You can chose from four tool paths as well as apply the option to any combination of the three surfaces; face, side, and back. If there is a conflicting feature on that surface, the pocket will embrace that feature. Pocketing and tool path increases machining time and the price reflects that.
