TracTuff H Series Water Pipe Delete

The TracTuff H Series Water Pipe Delete is an alternative option for my Thermostat Housing Delete.

I really did not think there was room for another option, but several customers complained about the high cost of the thermostat housing delete and water pipe... even though the water pipe isn't REQUIRED. I guess customers just wanted both or nothing.

So I jumped back in front of my H22 block and tinkered with some parts I already made and I came up with an idea that lead to this new combo. The threaded bushing installs into the block from the water pump side and the XXL -16 male flare fitting installs from the water pipe side. The bushing seals against the block and the -16 male flare fitting seals against the bushing.

If you are wondering why the fitting is so damn long... just know that it had to be in order to clear a feature on the block that would otherwise keep you from being able to install your -16 hose end. 

NOTE: This product is only confirmed to fit the H22A VTEC blocks and is ONLY intended to be used with a timing belt idler/ water pump delete. If you are using the factory mechanical water pump... you must continue using the OEM water pipe or my water pipe. If you want to eliminate the thermostat... you can simply remove the thermostat or buy my thermostat housing delete.

Seeing as how you wont have access to the bushing once the idler is installed, I highly recommend the use of a thread locker to eliminate the chance that the two parts come loose over time.
