TracTuff Remote Oil Filter Block Adapter
The TracTuff Remote Oil Filter Block Adapter is a universal product designed to relocate the oil filter to a more convenient location.
The block adapter has machined “I” & “O” markings to indicate which -10 ORB port is the inlet and outlet, as well as a CLEAN OIL 3/8" NPT accessory port to add a sensor or supply clean oil to an accessory of your choice. The kit includes a zinc platted steel 3/8" NPT plug, an overbuilt billet stainless steel M22 x 1.50 banjo style mounting bolt, and a pair of o-rings.
The CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum body measures in at 1.42" tall (1.89" including the bolt head) and has a 2.50" (63.5mm) o-ring/ gasket diameter; allowing it to be mounted to any block that has a female M22 x 1.50 thread and a minimum of a 2.50"diameter mounting pad. This pretty much describes all popular Honda engines once the stud is removed from the block. The block adapter can be rotated to point in any direction and once tightened (22 lb ft.) can be safety wired using the machined features on the bolt and body!

NOTE: On factory oil cooler equipped Honda motors, simply remove the large bolt that holds the OEM oil cooler in place, disconnect, and plug the two coolant lines and your done! The block will have a larger thread than the oil filter did. If this is a K... I offer a simple solution to eliminate the coolant lines. Non oil cooler equipped motors just need the oil filter mounting stud removed and the block will have a larger thread than the oil filter did.
The new FK8 & FL5 requires the billet stainless steel bolt to be shortened. There are no returns for products that have been custom made or modified.
If you are choosing NOT to buy the port fittings... please be sure to purchase fittings that have max hex size of 1.15" or they wont work or will need to be turned down.
